As our client’s team based in Townsville is growing, we are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager.
The position is a temp to permanent position for the right applicant, you will be provided a company car, laptop and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer head contracts and subcontracts effectively.
- Overseeing project performance and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Establish and maintain construction programs in line with project timelines.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Uphold project quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Assist in tendering processes when required.
Qualifications and Experience: - Manual Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of project management/construction experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and contracts management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Vista.
- Knowledge of modern construction techniques and project methodologies.
